JBRV took the door off and replaced it completely rather than continuing to try the same failed method. The first call was due to our entire power/solar going out and our inverter making a horrendous noise. We called about 15-20 mobile RV techs and Leo was the able to pivot and try to get to us as quick as he could. Ultimately it was a simple solve, the RV park we were at had a prior tenant who’s plug caused a fire at the shore power so we weren’t pulling a full load. Even though the shore power was what needed to be fixed by the RV park, Leo stayed to guide my husband and I with some other minor fixes that we hadn’t quite gotten to yet. Overall, Leo is dependable, honest, fairly priced and stands by his work.
