 We have a new Keystone RV that we took to 3 other repair shops and all of them tried to seal the shower to stop it from leaking. None of them succeeded. JBRV took the door off and replaced it completely rather than continuing to try the same failed method. Very happy and would recommend calling them for sure.

 Leo was such a huge help. I did a lot of trouble shooting on my furnace and couldn’t get it to run. I brought the rv in and he went through the rig with me and answered all my questions. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable. Also saw my rig in a pinch and helped out with follow up questions through the week.

 We’ve used JBRV on two separate calls. The first call was due to our entire power/solar going out and our inverter making a horrendous noise. We called about 15-20 mobile RV techs and Leo was the able to pivot and try to get to us as quick as he could. Ultimately it was a simple solve, the RV park we were at had a prior tenant who’s plug caused a fire at the shore power so we weren’t pulling a full load. Even though the shore power was what needed to be fixed by the RV park, Leo stayed to guide my husband and I with some other minor fixes that we hadn’t quite gotten to yet. Overall, Leo is dependable, honest, fairly priced and stands by his work. So glad we found his company after coming across quite our fair share of shady techs.
