Summary: The Fiberglass & Paint Technician is responsible for repairing, restoring, and refinishing boats, with a primary focus on fiberglass repair, bodywork, surface preparation, painting, and finishing. This position requires a skilled, detail-oriented technician who can independently manage repairs from start to finish while maintaining high-quality workmanship, safe work practices, and an organized shop environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of bodywork experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of boat and RV repair processes and components.

RV Repair Technician
