We had a great experience with JBRV! They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole repair process so easy. Communication was excellent, and they kept us informed throughout the process. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how quickly they got us taken care of and back on the water. We’ll definitely be recommending JBRV to anyone needing boat or RV repairs!

After a few days with my fridge acting up not cooling I decided to call JBRV and from the start it was a pleasant experience. Super professional and polite. They took on the task to dig deep into finding a solution. The communication was great and Ultimately they replaced my fridge for a reasonable price . Highly recommend, Thank you Todd and Josh for the hard work!

I highly recommend JB RV Mobile RV Repair for their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and quick response time. We had an issue with the motor on our bedroom slide, and from the very beginning, Todd went above and beyond to help us. He was incredibly friendly, responsive, and willing to assist us on very short notice, which immediately helped ease our stress.

I also want to recognize Leo, the service technician who came out to work on our RV. He was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Leo took the time to explain the problem in a way that was easy for us to understand and kept us informed throughout the entire process. His calm and reassuring attitude made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Thanks to Todd’s coordination behind the scenes, including handling the warranty claim process, everything went smoothly. They were able to quickly order the replacement part we needed and have the new bedroom slide motor installed within 24 hours.

It is rare to find this level of customer care and efficiency these days. Todd, Leo, and the entire team at JB RV Mobile RV Repair truly exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing RV repairs or service.
